AI Chat Bots: These are apps where you will chat with an AI programmed to respond similar to how a therapist might respond. The chat bot will prompt you to explore what is going on for you in that moment and will also walk you through tangible coping strategies you can apply. These 3 chat bots are all very similar, so take a look at each and see which stands out to you as an individual:
7 Cups: This is an app where you can chat with volunteer “listeners” (non-professionals) and engage in community discussion boards to see what others experiencing similar challenges are finding helpful.
